Submitting a Template to the Template Gallery

If you would like to share a template out to students through Google Drive, view the video below.  Students can then access the template through the domain template gallery.

After you have submitted a template to the domain's template gallery, have students:

1. Go to their drive window
2. Click the NEW button
3. If applicable, click MORE
4. Click FROM TEMPLATE
5. Click the domain tab at the top of the screen to view only templates from your domain
6. Click the USE THIS TEMPLATE button next to the desired template
   A copy of the document will be made with the words, "Copy of" in front of the template name
