Connectors in Google Drawings



Teachers are loving Google Drawing.  While in a Drawing document, explore the connector tools to create simple, yet effective graphics.

First, access Google Drawing by selecting NEW > MORE > GOOGLE DRAWINGS from your Google Drive window:

Next, explore the SHAPES tool:
Click and drag diagonally across the canvas to draw the selected shape:
To add text to the shape, select the shape and TYPE
Explore the formatting tools (for example, text alignment, size, color, fill and line color, etc.)  Now, add another shape:
Click the option arrow to the right of the line tool and select ELBOW or CURVED CONNECTORS:
Hover over a shape to see the connector points.  Click and drag from one point to another:
View the completed graphic:
